Daughter of Helen and Carl Jenkins and sister of Christy, Billie Jenkins is a young witch and college student that crossed paths with the Charmed Ones in autumn 2005 while the three sisters attempted to take on new identities after the successful vanquish of the demon Zankou

When Billie first met Piper and Phoebe Halliwell and Paige Matthews she proceeded to track down and eliminate various demonic threats but was ultimately tricked into turning against the three sisters by Christy and a demon known as Dumain. In the end however, Billie helped to destroy Christy and assisted taking care of Phoebe's children when she and her husband Coop were occupied. She later moved to Los Angeles to try to pursue a normal life.

Billie's Childhood[]

As a young girl, Billie grew up with her sister Christy raised by relatively normal, quiet parents. But when Billie was six or seven years old, a demon known as Reinhardt broke into her home in the middle of the night while she and her sister were in bed and kidnapped Christy in a diabolical plot set into motion by the Triad in an attempt to turn her and Billie evil so that they could use them to kill the Charmed Ones.

After Christy's disappearance, Billie was led to believe that she just disappeared and that her parents didn't attempt to search for the young girl.

After traveling to the past, Piper was able to convince Billie that Christy was in fact evil and when Christy attempted to kill the Charmed Ones, Billie used her telekinesis in self defense to turn Christy's fire ball against her, killing her. Billie fell to the floor sobbing but ultimately knew it was for the Greater Good.
